Factibilidad para la creación de una productora y comercializadora de dulces artesanales en el municipio de Piedecuesta

El propósito de este estudio es determinar la factibilidad y viabilidad en términos técnicos financieros de una empresa de dulces artesanales en el municipio de Piedecuesta Santander Colombia así como el análisis de la externalidad del impacto ambiental y la evaluación económica en su área de influencia. Inicialmente se presenta el diagnóstico del sector industrial del dulce en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y las expectativas del sector a nivel nacional estadísticamente se demostró que las pequeñas fábricas de dulces artesanales cubren el 80% del mercado pero ninguna está restringida ante las autoridades competentes. A continuación se realiza un estudio descriptivo y exploratorio se recure a fuentes primarias, una encuesta y fuentes secundarias como publicaciones, estudios y registros de la Cámara de Comercio, tesis y proyectos universitarios de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación de mercado, dan como resultado la viabilidad de lanzar la nueva marca, ya que los estudios técnicos y financieros son suficientes para iniciar las actividades de producción de manera inmediata. Las conclusiones definitivas de este estudio muestran a una empresa con un panorama favorable, que arroja cifras atractivas para el inversionista y genera aportes importantes para el desarrollo social y económico de la región.

The results obtained in the market research; it shows the viability of throwing the new mark and the sufficient technical and financial studies to initiate the activities of production of an immediate way The definitive conclusions of this study show to a company with a favorable panorama; that it throws attractive numbers for the investor and generates important contributions for the social and economic development of the region.
