The intention of this study is to determine the practicality and viability in financial technical terms of a company of handmade sweets in the municipality of Piedecuesta Santander Colombia as well as the analysis of the externalidad of the environmental impact and the economic evaluation in its influence area. Initially there appears the diagnosis of the industrial sector of the sweet in the Bucaramanga and the expectations of the sector at national level as per statistics it was demonstrated that the small factories of handmade sweets cover 80 % of the market but none is restricted before the competent authorities.
