Diseño de un modelo para la gestión del riesgo en seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la guía técnica colombiana- gtc 45:2012, para la empresa Gn Consulting S.A.S

El diseño de un modelo para la gestión del riesgo en seguridad y salud en el trabajo en una empresa de software permite tanto cumplir con la normatividad colombiana, así como asegurar unas condiciones óptimas de trabajo que permitan a los colaboradores de GN Consulting S.A.S. realizar las labores para las cuales fueron contratados brindándoles condiciones óptimas de salud y seguridad, a su vez contando con un puesto de trabajo seguro y adecuado, basándose en las directrices establecidas en la Guía Técnica Colombiana GTC-45:2012 (Guía para la identificación de los peligros y valoración de los riesgos en seguridad y salud ocupacional). Este proyecto se divide en tres secciones: El análisis de la GTC-45:2012, la determinación de las condiciones actuales en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo dentro de la empresa GN Consulting S.A.S. y el establecimiento de un modelo que permita identificar los peligros y valorar los riesgos tanto mecánicos como psicosociales. El resultado de esta monografía consiste en una matriz de identificación de peligros y valoración de riesgos donde se priorizaron los riesgos que deben ser tratados con urgencia, así como determinar los respectivos controles y sus respectivos planes de acción para mitigar las consecuencias que puedan afectar la integridad de los colaboradores de GN Consulting S.A.S., si alguno de los riesgos identificados se llega a materializar.

The result of this monograph consists of a matrix of danger identification and risk evaluation where the risks that were the most urgent were prioritized; also; determining the respective controls and their respective plans of action to mitigate the consequences that could affect the integrity of the contributors of GN Consulting S.A.S.; if any of the risk was to materialize.
