En la primera parte de este trabajo se muestra como es la empresa en este momento, describiendo cada uno de los cargos con que cuenta actualmente; el diagnóstico que se hace a cada una de las áreas de la empresa permite identificar las fallas que se presentan. El planteamiento de las mejoras que se recomienda realizar a la empresa son parte fundamental, esto se hace gracias a la identificación de las falencias y las operaciones que dentro de esta se realizan de forma correcta e implementar las estrategias acordes a cada una de estas áreas en las que se va a trabajar. La implementación de los manuales de funciones, procesos y procedimientos para cada una de las áreas en la cuales se encuentran fallas, y un plan de revisión que permite llevar el control de las mejoras propuestas para el área en particular dan como resultado la mejora de las relaciones entre sus empleados, claridad en las tareas que son asignadas y garantiza la calidad del servicio prestado.
