Entre la vida y la muerte. una mirada olvidada sobre el conflicto armado Colombiano. construcción y análisis de tres trayectorias de vida

La coyuntura en la que estamos hace imperativa la necesidad de reconocer a las víctimas no solo en su papel de víctima que ha sufrido los vejámenes propios de una guerra, sino para reconocer su papel como sujetos sociales organizados entorno a los reclamos de justicia, reparación y garantías de no repetición. No obstante, este reconocimiento y reclamo no se ha visto respaldado por la sociedad colombiana; desde lo analizado en los testimonios de las víctimas (que se encuentran en el presente texto) vemos la necesidad de analizar y reincorporar a los procesos de Memoria Histórica un fenómeno que ya había sido tratado, pero que no se le ha dado la importancia que se merece, hablamos de La Victimización Secundaria. Ésta impide la reconstrucción del tejido social producido por las injusticias de una guerra, ya que la sociedad y su apatía al dolor que representa la victimización, producen una nueva afrenta a las víctimas por el rechazo e indiferencia. Cabe señalar que no se trata de la victimización producida por los actores armados legales e ilegales, sino la respuesta de la sociedad al conflicto social y armado que vive Colombia. El presente informe hace parte del grupo de Investigación AMOVI (Archivo oral de memoria de las víctimas). En este grupo se pretende reconocer y exaltar la versión de las víctimas sobre el conflicto armado, para así poder generar memoria histórica incorporando a todos los actores y no solo a los victimarios. Este reconocimiento hace parte de los reclamos de justicia, reparación y garantías de no repetición.

This one prevents the reconstruction of the social abb produced by the injustices of a war; since the society and his apathy to the pain that the victimizacion represents; produce a new affront to the victims for the rejection and nonchalance. It is necessary to indicate that it is not a question of the victimizacion produced by the armed legal and illegal actors; but the response of the society to the social conflict that Colombia lives. This report is part of the AMOVI Research Group (Oral memory of victims). This group aims to recognize and exalt the version of the victims on the armed conflict; so as to generate historical memory incorporating all the actors and not only the perpetrators. This recognition is part of the claims of justice; reparation and guarantees of non-repetition.
