Industrias Teherán is a company engaged in the manufacture
reconstruction
repair and installation of industrial equipment. Within its mission
vision and goals of quality
continuous improvement arises as the key tool for corporate success and because of its economic activity
the company requires a high performance technical and engineering level. One of the most important areas for improvement is the implementation of a maintenance program according to the needs of the company. This project is focused on design
implement and organize a system of preventive maintenance based on Criticality Analysis (CA) and Failure Modes
Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). To perform this analysis was necessary to conduct an internal audit
diagnosing failures and major equipment problems. Likewise
coding
inventory and inspection of the current machinery was made. Moreover
applying the FMECA the failure modes and effects of each of the main components of critical equipment were obtained. Additionally
a HAZOP (Hazard and operability) study searching for operational risks in order to assess the potential risks to the machines and lines was carried out. With the information gathered from the above processes
a Preventive Maintenance Plan was design
defining the activities
the documentation and information system (software) that allow the company to optimize its maintenance process to meet specified objectives and improve customer service. +
