This degree work was developed in the form of business practice in bye shoe company
located in Bucaramanga city
which it is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of shoes for men and boys. This project seeks to improve the planning processes of material requirement
storage and maintain control over the inventory of raw materials
based on the software ERP Accasoft. Initially a diagnosis about the current status of each of these processes is performed
based on quantitative and qualitative information about the Company
in order to identify shortcomings presented in each of them
and propose improvements to solve the problems encountered. Among these improvements are proposed procedural manuals and functions
the implementation updating of information in the database software
among other things. During the implementation of improvements in each of the processes
staff training is done for staff involved in the development of the project
to ensure employee understanding about the development of new activities and procedures to improve the efficiency of processes. Finally
the implementation
evaluation and control of the results of these actions is started
for it a management indicators system is designed to facilitate monitoring the interest processes during the project.
