Diseñar un modelo de responsabilidad social empresarial, para la red especializada de transportes - Redetrans S.A. regional Santander del sur

Este proyecto busca diseñar un Modelo de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial-RSE, idóneo para la empresa de transporte terrestre REDETRANS S.A. Regional Santander del Sur y permitir el conocimiento de los grupos de interés y las líneas estratégicas que están utilizando en la actualidad para evolucionar, contribuir y alcanzar un desarrollo sostenible, en términos de RSE. Estableciendo que la principal actividad de REDETRANS S.A. es el transporte terrestre de carga y además ofrece e incluye servicios complementarios como operadores de logística integral, un modelo de RSE sería una estrategia que fortalecería la relación transparente, participativa y confiable con los grupos de interés implicados en cada actividad, debido a que esta relación permitirá, a su vez, la identificación, priorización, planificación, ejecución y evaluación de iniciativas para el crecimiento de estas, en cualquiera de sus procesos. En el desarrollo de los primeros capítulos del presente documento, se realizará una descripción de cómo la RSE ha impactado positivamente cada una de las áreas de las Organizaciones: En la Gestión del Talento Humano, en el Marketing, La Rentabilidad y para el caso puntual objeto de éste proyecto, en la Logística. Luego se describen las herramientas de recolección de información las cuales permitieron evaluar en términos de RSE el estado actual de la Regional Santander del Sur, de Redetrans S.A., para posteriormente proceder a la formulación del Diagnóstico y Planes de Acción por cada grupo de interés, los cuales están enfocados no solo al mejoramiento y bienestar de la Organización, sino a corregir aspectos que puedan estar siendo menos atendidos.

Tools for collecting information which allowed us to evaluate in terms of CSR the current status of the Santander del Sur; Redetrans SA; to then proceed to the formulation of Diagnosis and Action Plans for each interest group are then described; the which they are focused not only to the improvement and welfare of the Organization but to correct issues that may be being underserved.
