This project seeks to design a model Social Responsibility-CSR
suitable for the trucking company REDETRANS SA Regional Santander South and allow the knowledge of the stakeholders and the strategies that are used today to evolve
contribute and achieve sustainable development
in terms of CSR. Stating that the main activity of REDETRANS SA is the land freight transport and offers and includes services such as operators of integrated logistics
a model of CSR would be a strategy that would strengthen transparent
participatory and trusting relationship with the stakeholders involved in each activity
because it is a relationship will allow

identification
prioritization
planning
implementation and evaluation of initiatives for growth of these
in all its processes. In the development of the first chapters of this document
a description of how CSR has positively impacted each of the areas of the organizations will be made: in the Human Resource Management in Marketing
Profitability and for the case in object of this project
Logistics. Tools for collecting information which allowed us to evaluate in terms of CSR the current status of the Santander del Sur
Redetrans SA
to then proceed to the formulation of Diagnosis and Action Plans for each interest group are then described
