Today the oil industry is going through a period of global crisis where all companies are concentrating their efforts on trying to reduce the costs of their operations to the lowest possible levels
in our country the artificial lift system more is used at present is the electro submersible pump so it will be the aim of this work system. One of the biggest costs associated with the installation of electric submersible pump is operating cost which is associated with the energy consumption required to operate the equipment
making this a point of optimization for any field of operation. In this paper work will be performed technical - economic analysis where the new technology of permanent magnet motor technology compared to induction motors have been used all the time in the country compare
along compares a period of time and consumption savings achieved in three wells where this technology was installed and the results obtained were analyzed. Once the paper is intended that throughout the country the implementation of permanent magnet motors for its economic and ecological benefits adoption increases to which can be associated the lower power consumption while maintaining the same production in the fields of production.
