according to its strategic plan for growth of the super market chain SUPER SIETE located in the Area Metropolitana of Bucaramanga. In order to obtain a more in-depth analysis of this proposal a diagnostic regarding the current situation of Super Siete Plus S.A.S. was completed
identifying organizational and financial capacities required to the establishment of the proposed model. In addition
various investigations regarding the above franchise were performed
including its conceptual framework
advantages
statistic and legal considerations for its implementation. As a mean to determine the size of the market and the intention of possible acquisitions of already existing Super Sietes and potential new investors
an extensive market research with a size of 223 independent super markets located in the Area Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (AMB) was performed; As well as technical studies
financial analyses
the design of a commercialization plan for the franchise and the building of operating
technic
capacitation and training
marketing
logistics and pre-operation manuals looking to standardize the operations of a franchisee. Based on the financial results of the company
a projection for a period of three years was formulated in which we were able to determine that the franchise SUPER SIETE is a viable enterprise
and financially appealing due to its positive cash flow since its second year of operation and its capacity to return on investment in two years. Ultimately
the legal aspects that structure a franchise contract were taken into count
making this work a valuable input for the franchisor as a starting point for the implementation of this business unit.

El presente trabajo corresponde a un plan de negocios bajo el modelo de franquicia, de acuerdo a la planeación estratégica para el crecimiento de la cadena de supermercados SUPER SIETE PLUS SAS ubicada en el área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga. Para obtener un análisis completo de la propuesta, se efectuó un diagnóstico de la situación actual de Súper Siete Plus S.A.S, identificando capacidades organizacionales y financieras para la formulación del modelo, adicionalmente se realizaron investigaciones acerca de la franquicia, en cuanto a su marco teórico, ventajas, estadísticas y las consideraciones legales para su implementación. Para determinar el tamaño de mercado y la intención de compra de superetes ya existentes y nuevos inversionistas, se realizó una investigación de mercados con un tamaño muestral de 223 supermercados independientes del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga (AMB), así como el estudio técnico, el análisis financiero, el diseño del plan comercialización de la franquicia y se construyeron los manuales de operaciones, técnico, de capacitación y entrenamiento, mercadotecnia, logístico y preoperativo que estandarizan el modelo de operación de un punto franquiciado Con base en los resultados financieros se realizó una proyección a tres años, donde se pudo determinar, que la franquicia SUPER SIETE es un proyecto viable y atractivo financieramente, ya que los flujos de caja son positivos desde el segundo año de funcionamiento y presenta una recuperación de la inversión en dos años. Finalmente se tuvo en cuenta los aspectos legales que enmarcan el contrato de franquicia, siendo este trabajo un valioso aporte para la empresa franquiciante como base para la implementación de la unidad de negocio. |
