which is used in many ways and varieties for different uses. Its main use is food being consumed by over 600 million people worldwide. They have found more uses within which is the way sweet delicacy. With the aim of expanding the consumption of this product
a feasibility study was ahead during the year 2015 in the region of San Alberto Cesar
by conducting a market research obtaining information from primary sources in questionnaires
which figures tabulated threw it possible to infer that the product "delicacy cassava" has a high probability of being consumed by large population. It is planned to produce 13
