allows to model and study the temporal behavior of a system as a function of time. This study aimed to propose a methodology for the planning of temporary structures
based on BIM 5D models and system dynamics. The methodology was divided into three phases: the first phase
a set of variables that affect the planning of temporary structures identified; in the second phase
temporary structures planning a case study applying BIM 5D and system dynamics performed; finally
in phase three an algorithm was developed to develop the planning of temporary structures with BIM models and system dynamics. It was found that the use of BIM 5D and system dynamics is possible to plan the installation of temporary structures in construction projects reinforced concrete and allows availability
consistency
accessibility and reliability of information project towards reducing identifying uncertainty in planning downtime of temporary structures adding value to the construction process
increasing the quality of decision-making process for continuous improvement of the planning process. .

La dinámica de sistemas, permite modelar y estudiar el comportamiento temporal de un sistema en función del tiempo. Este estudio tuvo por objetivo proponer una metodología para la planificación de estructuras temporales, con base en modelos BIM 5D y dinámica de sistemas. La metodología se dividió en tres fases: en la primera fase, se identificó un conjunto de variables que afectan la planificación de estructuras temporales; en la segunda fase, se realizó la planificación de estructuras temporales de un caso estudio aplicando BIM 5D y dinámica de sistemas; finalmente, en la fase tres se elaboró un algoritmo para desarrollar la planificación de estructuras temporales con modelos BIM y dinámica de sistemas. Se encontró que el uso de BIM 5D y dinámica de sistemas es posible planificar la instalación de estructuras temporales en proyectos de construcción de concreto reforzado y permite la disponibilidad, consistencia, facilidad de acceso y confiabilidad de la información del proyecto, en pro de reducir la incertidumbre en la planificación identificando los periodos de inactividad de las estructuras temporales agregando valor al proceso constructivo, aumentando la calidad del proceso de toma de decisiones para la mejora continua del proceso de planificación.
