Description
Summary:The present work aims to analyze the way in which the educational processes enshrined in the PEC of the IET Álvaro Ulcué Chocué, and all those strategies, methodologies and activities implemented, influence the construction of the students' life project and the affirmation of their identity Zenú. For this reason, a qualitative methodology was used to carry out an ethnographic case study; using the information triangulation technique to analyze the information obtained from interviews with teachers, students and community members; together with the analyzes obtained from the documentary review, and the focus group discussion. The results of this research allow to demonstrate that the I.E.T Álvaro Ulcué Chocué carries out a work of implementation of the PEC, understood as that autonomous process of the community, which establishes an emancipatory education, based on a dialogue of knowledge. Regarding the construction of the life project of schoolchildren, this is possible from technical learning in artisanal and agroecological tasks, through entrepreneurship, implementing techniques such as innovation, which enables the diversification and revaluation of products. Regarding the consolidation of cultural identity, it is achieved from the development of its own areas, especially the Zenú chair, since it studies the identity characteristics of the community, such as worldview, orality, ancestral medicine and local history. Strengthening in the schoolchildren their sense of belonging and shaping them to be community leaders
