Summary: | This research project deals with the impact of advertising and how it has benefited the development of the RAPPI company in the city of Santa Marta. This idea was born from the year 2020 as a result of a pandemic (COVID-19), which affected most of the companies with face-toface services, being forced to reinvent a service model different from the daily one. Thanks to the internet, advertising has become a method of constant information that promotes different Marketing strategies, since it provides opportunities to reach a wide audience and thus position itself in the local market while being competitive. With the evolution of digital Marketing in recent years (2020-2022), the rappi company has benefited and has taken advantage of this great medium to promote its platform. For this reason, social networks are an innovative space that improves business activities virtually, also provides us with ease when interacting with customers to purchase a product or service offered and thus meet the needs of each one of them. |
