El diseño es mixto de alcance descriptivo-explicativo con unas categorías marco y otras emergentes para el análisis cualitativo y para el enfoque cuantitativo se realizó un análisis a través de técnicas estadísticas paramétricas haciendo uso del software SPSS Statistics.
