From the data obtained an analysis is built in which lets us know the teacher’s feelings towards the job they perform, and finally, to contribute the design of a proposal of human development to help raise the profile of the profession.Este artículo es producto de la investigación “Creencias de un grupo de trece profesores sobre las condiciones laborales que dignifican y precarizan su profesión”, el cual pretende dar a conocer lo que creen los profesores a través de su propia voz, por medio de la teoría fundamentada como método investigativo, valiéndose de técnicas como: la entrevista semiestructurada, la narrativa autobiográfica y el grupo focal para la recolección de la información.
