Summary:With these changes and these challenges, the need arose to carry out an investigation on the impact of E-commerce in the sector of fast food companies in the city of Neiva in times of COVID-19 from 2020 to 2021, due to that the transformations that were taking place in the economy were evident, and the companies in this sector needed to adjust to these new challenges in order not to disappear, continue in the market and maintain business sustainability.
