The general aim of this paper is to support students to overcome their language needs and find out how the implementation of the “Human Body Anatomy” didactic unit designed with CLIL could help and develop students in their comprehension skills. Action research methodology is considered and implemented. This research will be on the “Educational Innovation through Multilingualism” research line. A need analysis was diagnosed through class observations and entry tests applied to 25 students. We identified language learning needs, incomprehensible input, low level of reading comprehension skills, and minimal lexical competence. Finally, we do not have too many preliminary advances, we are in the designed strategy step and apply the first activities. Students are motivated with the new proposal tasks.Este artículo presenta una propuesta de implementación que utiliza el enfoque de “Aprendizaje Integrado de Contenidos y Lenguas Extranjeras” (AICLE) en 5to grado de primaria en el colegio público “Rafael Núñez”, donde se está enseñando el inglés como lengua extranjera como profesoras practicantes. El propósito principal de este artículo es apoyar a los estudiantes para que superen sus necesidades en la lengua y descubrir de qué manera la unidad didáctica sobre la anatomía del cuerpo humano puede ayudar a desarrollar sus habilidades de comprensión. Se implementará la investigación acción como metodología. La presente investigación seguirá la línea de investigación “Innovación educativa a través del multilingüismo” Se diagnosticaron las necesidades de los estudiantes mediante la observación de las clases y aplicación de una prueba de entrada a 25 estudiantes. Se identificó la existencia de carencias en el inglés con respecto al curso, nivel bajo de comprensión lectora y muy baja competencia léxica.
