Summary:The proposal of this business plan is to create the design of a restaurant that seeks innovation, in the cities of Paipa and Sogamoso according to the quality of the service, in the food offered, but above all it is intended to differentiate itself from others, as it offers something innovative that is the fact that customers consider preparing their own food. This restaurant is in process with advances in the collection of gastronomic information in order to provide good quality food to customers. The objective is to achieve a competitive space and be an innovative business of quality in the area to have a good positioning at departmental and national level. Finally, this proposal will be ratified by a market study to survey the potential market and the acceptance of products and services to be provided, until the decision is made to continue with the development of de project the proposed expectations thanks to the basis of the surveys conducted among the population, using an appropriate sample size.
