Summary: | This article presents the results of an investigation carried out by three primary school teachers from public schools in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. The objective of the study was to analyze the transformation of teaching practices from the implementation of the Lesson Study methodology. The design of the Pedagogical Action Research was adopted, under a qualitative approach, using the methodology of the Lesson Study and the analysis of reflection cycles. As results, the transformations in the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning actions that occurred during the research process are presented. It is concluded that, with the Lesson Study, collaborative work, reflection and improvement of teaching practices at different educational levels are promoted. |
