description This work outlines the final results that supported the global development of the framework research called "Management strategies for the construction of an innovation culture, in the hotel sector of Villa de Leyva", assigned to the research group Organizational Projects for the Business Development of the Region - PODER. In order to investigate the elements that identify the existence of an innovation culture in the hotel sector of this highly touristic municipality, it was first necessary to characterize the organizational culture of the sector and its impact on the management processes. This was precisely the objective that guided the research, the results of which are shown in this document, and which had the theoretical, documentary and reference support required by the research question posed and an appropriate methodological design. As a result, the characteristics of the organizational culture of the hotel sector were identified, two types of predominant culture were identified, existing management practices related to the identified culture were described, the relationship between leadership, management and cultural transformation was presented and, finally, the impacts generated by the culture of the sector with respect to administrative management, personal development and the growth of the sector were established.

Para indagar sobre los elementos que identifican la existencia de una cultura de innovación en el sector hotelero de dicho municipio altamente turístico, se hizo necesario antes caracterizar la cultura organizacional del sector y su incidencia en los procesos de gestión. Justamente ese fue el objetivo que orientó la investigación cuyos resultados se muestran en este documento, y que contó con el soporte teórico, documental y referencial requerido por la pregunta de investigación planteada y un diseño metodológico acorde. Como resultado, se identificaron las características de la cultura organizacional del sector hotelero, se identifican dos tipos de cultura predominante, se describen las prácticas de gestión existentes relacionadas con la cultura identificada, se presenta la relación entre el liderazgo, la gestión y la transformación cultural y por último, se establecen los impactos que genera la cultura del sector respecto a la gestión administrativa, el desarrollo personal y el crecimiento del sector.Ce travail présente les résultats finaux qui ont soutenu le développement global de la recherche-cadre intitulée "Stratégies de gestion pour la construction d'une culture de l'innovation, dans le secteur hôtelier de Villa de Leyva", confiée au groupe de recherche Projets organisationnels pour le développement des entreprises de la région - PODER. Afin d'étudier les éléments qui permettent d'identifier l'existence d'une culture de l'innovation dans le secteur hôtelier de cette municipalité très touristique, il a d'abord été nécessaire de caractériser la culture organisationnelle du secteur et son impact sur les processus de gestion. C'est précisément l'objectif qui a guidé la recherche, dont les résultats sont présentés dans ce document, et qui disposait du support théorique, documentaire et de référence requis par la question de recherche posée et d'une conception méthodologique appropriée. En conséquence, les caractéristiques de la culture organisationnelle du secteur hôtelier ont été identifiées, deux types de culture prédominante ont été identifiés, les pratiques de gestion existantes liées à la culture identifiée ont été décrites, la relation entre le leadership, la gestion et la transformation culturelle a été présentée et, enfin, les impacts générés par la culture du secteur en matière de gestion administrative, de développement personnel et de croissance du secteur ont été établis.Este trabalho apresenta os resultados finais que sustentaram o desenvolvimento global da pesquisa estrutural chamada "Estratégias de gestão para a construção de uma cultura de inovação, no setor hoteleiro de Villa de Leyva", atribuída ao grupo de pesquisa Projetos Organizacionais para o Desenvolvimento Empresarial da Região - PODER. Para investigar os elementos que identificam a existência de uma cultura de inovação no setor hoteleiro deste município altamente turístico, foi necessário primeiro caracterizar a cultura organizacional do setor e seu impacto nos processos de gestão. Este foi precisamente o objetivo que norteou a pesquisa, cujos resultados são mostrados neste documento, e que teve o suporte teórico, documental e de referência exigido pela questão de pesquisa colocada e um desenho metodológico adequado.
