Summary: | This paper attempts an analysis demarcated in iso 9001:2008 of the problems related to the public transport service in the city of Cartagena generated great dissatisfaction to the users, and in this study the same way Transcaribe service implementation as a solution to improve this sector that affects the welfare of the population of Cartagena. The following work is a reflection mode, was based on a type of descriptive analysis of literature sources for information that shows the poor service provided by public transport in the city of Cartagena. Through the results of this research also suggests that with the completion of Transcaribe it can achieve the optimization of this service, incorporating processes faster mobility, use of best routes and new technology looking for the comfort of the user in order to improve quality of life Cartagenero. |
