Summary: | In order to establish an idea ofthe conditions and processes necessary in the Faculty of Management and Accounting from the University of St. Bonaventure Cartagena, for assuring quality management program in Business Administration, from a critical perspective agreed reflect on the current situation of the same, by performing based on student attrition suffered by the program, taking as reference diagnosis desertion specifically understood from 2010 to 2014, through which highlights the need to improve the quality processes in the academic programs of the faculty and the institution as such to achieve customer satisfaction. The work is framed in quality management processes, which highlights the importance and necessity of implementing the NTC-ISO 9001; 2008 in the academic programs of the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena and all universities in Colombia. The same is intended to contribute to the success of the faculty and the institution in general, through basic propositions and current concepts about proposed research. |
