Description
Summary:The objective of this technical report was to diagnose the Organizational Culture in the administrative area of Transportes Rápido Ochoa in the city of Medellín through the Open Cards visual thinking and conversation tool of the company Open Mind. Specifically, the set of diagnostic cards was used, allowing access to the cultural elements of the organization through the development of focus groups. This diagnosis was carried out through the model proposed by Schein, which is based on 3 levels (Artifacts, Values and Basic Assumptions), through which the construction of the current Organizational Culture and the target Organizational Culture was accessed by the employees, and the questions How are they culturally in Trasportes Rápido Ochoa, how is it expected to be in Transportes Rápido Ochoa were answered? y What cultural gaps arise in the company Transportes Rápido Ochoa? The Open Cards diagnostic cards promote the interaction between the participants, thus achieving social constructions of the questions asked, an element that allowed to evoke specific descriptors of the exercises proposed for the current and target culture. By relating these descriptors with other methodologies as in this case they were, the semi-structured interview and the virtual survey are in line with the results obtained
