Summary:This research aims to design an improvement plan for the X-TREME SHOP store in Cali and get specific data to make, in the future, a preliminary study of suitability and feasibility, outside the scope of this paper, to open a branch, offering products and services range, quality, classic and modern. The improvement plan entails some way to improve the quality of customer service and achieve a more efficient level to provide total security to customers before a product of very good quality and original. This plan is based on the diagnosis of medium and large companies in the commercial sector of Cali from variables related to this economic activity such as: quality, price, coverage, brand, service, after sales and technological level, evaluated according to their level importance, basing development strategies such as training schools, specialization approaches, comprehensiveness of service, added value, technological innovation, virtual offices and positioning activity. All these strategies aim to reach a profit in the company.
