Summary: | This paper is a review article on organizational engagement in a context where the link to work is voluntarily, so that the psychological and contextual aspects of the organization Cruz Roja Colombiana are assessed. They allow engaged conduct both individual and collective behavior, from motivational and social processes. In this sense it starts with the conceptualization and delimitation of the context; inherently addresing the topic of organizational culture as an element of management of individual and collective organizational behavior; to fully delve into the conceptualizations of engagement, its approaches and theoretical models. The study of the volunteering in the Cruz Roja as an engagement organizational model is accompanied by other additional concepts to those mentioned above that are also theorized in favor of understanding the role they play in the engagement process. Finally, it is concluded making emphasis on the favorable and limiting aspects of the studies to propose a model of personal engagement in the volunteering process, and a conceptualization since the present review |
