Description
Summary:The objective of this project is to design a quality management model for the implementation of the sustainable kitchens project, which aims to give sustainable management to the value chain generated in four Comfandi recreational centers which have food production points; the project is based on the Colombian Sectorial Technical Standard 004, the methodology is based on the continuous improvement PHVA cycle to comply with and follow the above-mentioned norm, tools such as checklists, root cause analysis, 5W`sy were used 1 HOUR. In addition, compliance with legal requirements was followed up on Good Manufacturing Practices according to Decree 3075 of 1997 and Resolution 2674 of 2013. Programs were created to give good management to supplies, raw materials, and the adequate disposal of waste, as well as the implementation of techniques for harvesting such as the creation of vermiculture.
