Summary:The following is a proposal for an improvement in the area of customer service of caja social bank at the chipichape branch focusing the Chipichape branch located in Cali to help bring an efficient and rapid service hand in hand with the quality of every transaction required. We would like to prove how important is to keep our personal satisfied. This will allow us to monitor the customer service representative's performance in a positive or negative way to the liking of our customers at the Chipichape branch. The type of study that was used for this investigation was descriptive, because the customer service at a financial institution allows us to have ample information and studies done by third parties. All this information will be applied at Banco Caja Social-Oficina Chipichape Cali. As a tool and strength for the organization, the betterment and innovation in technology as an additional tool to help the customer service representatives provide an optimum, agile and efficient service to our customers.
