Sin embargo, con la aparición del síndrome respiratorio agudo severo tipo-2 (SARS-CoV-2), causante de Covid-19 y reportado en el mes de diciembre de 2019, en la ciudad de Wuhan, fue necesario trasladar el proceso educativo, en todos los niveles y sectores, del aula presencial al aula virtual puesto que, se hizo indispensable desarrollar los procesos de enseñanza y de aprendizaje desde casa. Por lo tanto, desde la Institución Educativa Jhon F. Kennedy surge la necesidad de diseñar una estrategia pedagógica desde una perspectiva de educación remota implementado el uso de recursos tecnológicos, para el aprendizaje significativo en el proceso de enseñanza y de aprendizaje de la lectura y la escritura de estudiantes de grado primero./Abstract: In the course of history, Colombia has tried to implement educational policies promoting strategies and methodologies in favor of having an educational quality, thus seeking to strengthen the different spheres of the human being including pleasant educational environments for the formative process. However, with the appearance of the severe acute respiratory syndrome type-2 (SARS-CoV-2), which causes Covid-19 and reported in december 2019, in the city of Wuhan, it was necessary to transfer the educational process, at all levels and sectors, from the face-to-face classroom to the virtual one since it became essential to develop the teaching and learning processes from home. Therefore, from the Jhon F.
