Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.La presente investigación de naturaleza teórica, tiene como objetivo principal analizar la función que puede desempeñar el uso horizontal de las TIC´S en los procesos creativos en el aprendizaje escolar, desde un enfoque socio-constructivista. Se realiza una delimitación entre el uso vertical de las herramientas tecnológicas y el uso epistémico y/u horizontal que se puede hacer de ellas. Se defiende que el uso horizontal actúa como un potenciador del aprendizaje autónomo y auto-dirigido, el cual a su vez permite la emergencia de procesos creativos como una manera de aprender-creando. Al final se plantean algunos interrogantes que podrán guiar futuras investigaciones, si se desea seguir indagando sobre la manera en que las herramientas tecnológicas pueden transformar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el contexto educativo. \ Abstract: The present research of a theoretical nature, has as main objective to analyze the role that the horizontal use of ICT can play in the creative processes of school learning, from a socio-constructive approach. A delimitation is made between the vertical use of technological tools and the epistemic and / or horizontal use that can be made of them. It is argued that horizontal use acts as an enhancer of autonomous and self-directed learning, which in turn allows the emergence of creative processes as a way of learning to create. At the end there are some questions that can guide future research, if you can continue to investigate the way in which technological tools can be transformed in the teaching and learning process in the educational context.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
