Pereira, 2020.El proyecto desarrollado trata de la viabilidad para la creación de un restaurante de comida rápida argentina en la ciudad de Pereira, abarcando principalmente las personas entre 20 y 40 años de los estratos 4,5 y 6 del Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente (AMCO). El restaurante de comida rápida argentina tiene como objetivo satisfacer una necesidad alimenticia por la poca oferta en cuanto a diversidad de comida rápida en el mercado y a su vez, brindar una experiencia cultural a partir de su ambiente y locación. La oferta gastronómica del restaurante se basa en la tradición Argentina resaltando su preparación 100% al carbón con la intención de preservar y rescatar la costumbre de los asados argentinos. Este plan de negocio consta de estudios de mercado para determinar las estrategias de mercadeo; técnico, para identificar necesidades materiales, de localización, espacio y tiempo; administrativo, para plantear la estructura, los requerimientos de personal y sus funciones; finalmente, financiero para plasmar las fases del plan de negocios y establecer las necesidades de su planeación y proyección, así como la evaluación para su viabilidad. / Abstract: The project developed deals with the viability of the creation of an Argentine fast food restaurant in the city of Pereira, covering mainly people between 20 and 40 years old from the 4.5 and 6 strata of the Central West Metropolitan Area (AMCO). The Argentine fast food restaurant aims to satisfy a food need due to the low supply of fast food diversity in the market and at the same time, to provide a cultural experience from its environment and location. The restaurant's gastronomic offer is based on the Argentinean tradition highlighting its 100% preparation with charcoal with the intention of preserving and rescuing the custom of Argentinean roasts. This business plan consists of market studies to determine the marketing strategies; technical, to identify material needs, location, space and time; administrative, to raise the structure, personnel requirements and their functions; finally, financial to shape the phases of the business plan and establish the needs of its planning and projection, as well as the evaluation for its viability.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
