Summary: | This research project, has as business purpose the creation of a healthy food restaurant, which will be opened to students, professors and administrators of the University of Quindio in order to generate conscience and changes on the eating habits, which have an impact on the daily activities that they perform in the alma mater. For that reason a marketing research was done on the target population in a descriptive way, using as an instrument a survey with a personal interview. The results obtained from the application of this instrument worked as information for the elaboration of technical, administrative and financial studies. The establishment of this restaurant allows to promote the business activity in the municipality of Armenia and to generate new employment sources, not only looking for delivering quality products and services, but also looking for generating good eating habits in the population that is being studied. In order to provide an opening to this project an initial investment of $ 42.860.209,21 million is necessary, from which the 60% comes from the contribution of the business partners and the other 40% via financial leverage and from its activity a positive amount and a profitability is obtained, this aspects allow to conclude the viability of the project. |
