Al inicio se describe el origen de la norma, esto para exponer las razones que motivaron a todo un sector industrial a impulsar un sistema de gestión de la calidad propio y los aspectos que la mantienen en el presente. Posteriormente se describen los manuales que componen la estructura de la norma: manual de requisitos y manual de mediciones; su análisis se divide por secciones y se centra en las pretensiones del sector por implementar un sistema de gestión de la calidad pensado para cumplir las necesidades desde el punto de vista del cliente. Por último, se exponen las ventajas y desventajas por implementarla.

Por último, se exponen las ventajas y desventajas por implementarla.This document shows analysis to the structure of the current international standard TL 9000: 2016 (R6), whose main objective is to globalize the quality standards that must be met by stakeholders in the information and communication technologies sector. At the outset, the origin of the standard is described, to explain the reasons that motivated an entire industrial sector to promote a system of quality management and the aspects that maintain it in the present. Subsequently, the manuals that compose the structure of the standard are described: manual of requirements and manual of measurements; its analysis is divided into sections and focuses on the pretensions of the sector to implement a quality management system designed to meet the needs from the point of view of the client.
