Description
Summary:This reflection paper aims at reporting some elements that particularize being a teacher in the Colombian field. Giving rise to reflections on three aspects (1) the training of teachers for the rural exercise, (2) A kind of teaching characteristics in rural spaces, and (3) an analysis of multigrade classroom work from its didactic and formative possibilities. The reflections presented here are expected to lead out to an important discussion that educator institutions owe to the Colombian countryside as a contribution to the construction of peace from an education that respects cultural, educational and population diversity.
