description El siguiente documento describe de manera breve y precisa el proyecto de investigación mediante el cual se analizó la influencia de la ludificación y las canciones en el mejoramiento de las habilidades de escucha de estudiantes de grado séptimo. Gracias a un diagnóstico realizado en febrero del 2016, se pudo comprobar que los educandos presentaban ciertas dificultades para responder preguntas, seguir instrucciones y entender el contenido de mensajes en inglés. Por tal motivo, se usaron canciones y se implementaron las dinámicas de la ludificación con el fin de promover el aprendizaje del inglés. Además, para evaluar el desarrollo de la presente propuesta se realizaron una serie de observaciones, encuestas y talleres que dieron cuenta del progreso de los estudiantes durante la intervención.
