Dado lo anterior y lo reflexionado durante el proceso de formación académico en el Departamento de Biología se considera importante desarrollar un trabajo investigativo durante la práctica pedagógica sobre el ser y que-hacer del maestro de biología en un contexto escolar. Dicho trabajo se desarrolló en construcción con la línea de investigación: “Trayectos y aconteceres. Estudios del ser y quehacer del maestro desde la pedagogía” entablando una relación personal con los intereses formativos de la autora. Por último, se establece que los maestros de biología, aun en un contexto escolar con dinámicas establecidas por la institución, pueden recrear su quehacer diariamente como sujetos de cambio, tomando la pedagogía como una vía de pensamiento que cuestiona el intento de darle un perfil al maestro.The current dynamics that involve biology teachers in a particular context, try to recreate a subject with an externalized profile setting aside each one of the teacher’s particularities and experiences that can built outside and inside the classroom. Given the above and the reflected on during the academic formation process in the biology department, it is consider important develop a research work inside the pedagogical practices about the biology teacher’s being and to-do in a scholar context. Such task developed in construction with the research line: “pathways and happenings. Studies of teacher’s being and to-do from the pedagogy” initiating a personal relation with the author formative interest.
