Based on this topic, this research was based on the characterization on how these practices are determined through the use of MOODLE platform and its sense in human formation through the area of humanities. The action-research and qualitative methodology were used, firstly, resignifying the technological appropriation and its formative sense by the use of info-communicational tools. After that, this research worked on understanding the educational purpose of these practices and its actions by the tutor. The results obtained, recognize the importance of understanding the purpose of pedagogical practices in the field of human science and overcoming cultural obstacles focused on enforcing disciplinary rules that blocked the development of social and individual environment in the formation of future graduates.La plataforma tecnológica MOODLE ha servido como mediación tecnológica para la transformación de las prácticas pedagógicas en la Modalidad B-learning, incidiendo en la transformación del discurso pedagógico, construcción de un nuevo rol del docente tutor y la formación de Licenciados en Educación Básica de la Facultad de Estudios a Distancia de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia. Con base en esto, la presente investigación se propuso caracterizar cómo se determinan estas prácticas a partir del uso de la Pataforma Moodle, y su sentido en la formación de lo humano, a través de las asignaturas en el área de humanidades. Se utilizó el método cualitativo de investigación-acción, resignificando en primera instancia el sentido formativo en la apropiación tecnológica de las herramientas info-comunicacionales. Posteriormente, se trabajó en la comprensión del fin formativo y las acciones que el docente tutor emprende.
