This research project arose from the interest of analyzing the communicative processes between the hearing impaired people and the ones who facilitate spaces that promotes the information and culture access in Santiago de Cali; the communicative strategies used were identified by the facilitator in charge of this area, likewise, the hearing impaired users’ perceptions about these processes were interpreted. The development of this project included a data collection through a qualitative methodology comprising users and facilitators interviews. This allowed us to recognize the importance of nonverbal communication in this field and the need to have spaces that promote the inclusion and special education resulting in the comprehension of the communicative processes presented in this space which enable to meet the answers to the aim proposed in this research project
