Summary:This strategic market plan to opt for the title of Professional in Marketing and International Business, product for the service company DAESA Real Estate, with the aim of mitigating the shortcomings presented in attracting new customers and the need by the company to create a defined marketing area within it, therefore, design strategies and activities that reflect an increase in sales and position the brand First, the authors propose a series of background information that serve as a reference to contextualize the reader, in which the most up-to-date information of the sector can be found for the year 2018, including figures of growth and / or decrease of the sector, benefits granted by the government and other factors that influence the behavior of the category. Next, there is the approach of a series of objectives and four secondary ones, which seek to shape the present, marketing plan, setting the goals that must be met during the execution of the plan by the company. On the other hand, during the development of the commercialization plan, the authors manage to develop a research of the micro, how the macro environment, thus being able to study all the variables that influence the operation of the company, this research is done based on primary sources, stories such as studies of the fish market and camacol, as well as secondary sources, such as analysis of the sector by experts affiliated with the Root Property Market. Finally, the authors propose a series of activities that allow the creation of a market department, obtaining as a result consolidated, useful, measurable and achievable strategies from the financial and administrative point of view of DAESA Inmobiliaria, establishing a schedule of activities a month and the necessary budget for the proper execution of the same by the company.
