The following strategic marketing plan was developed for the company Prodonto U in Santiago de Cali, which is a company dedicated to import, distribution, marketing and advice in the purchase of equipment, instruments, supplies, dental, medical and hospital materials. The main objective of this marketing plan is to increase sales in a 20%, developing activities that allow positioning the company in Santiago of Cali and expand its market to private sector clinics. Therefore, it analyzed the main characteristics of the company, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and possible threats that must be assumed in the process of positioning where you are currently present. This was carried out in order to develop the objectives proposed at the beginning of the plan, giving as results strategies that allow implementing the plan of marketing for Prodonto U, in order to improve market share and its management in marketing activities
