Finally, we propose a model of strategic thinking which details the elements and phases in which the company is going to focus on the material aspects from inception to human resource management at its best evolution.El presente trabajo de reflexión expone un modelo de evolución en el pensamiento estratégico en las organizaciones, con la finalidad de conocer las fases y elementos que lo componen. Partiendo de un análisis del concepto de calidad en las empresas y su relación con los recursos humanos, se avanza en el estudio de la gestión del conocimiento como elemento para favorecer la gestión del cambio en las organizaciones.
