Description
Summary:This paper presents a reflection of developments in strategic thinking in organizations in order to meet its phases and component parts. From an analysis of the concept of quality in business and their relationship with human resources, we continue with the study of knowledge management as a means of promoting the management of change in organizations. Finally, we propose a model of strategic thinking which details the elements and phases in which the company is going to focus on the material aspects from inception to human resource management at its best evolution.
