Description
Summary:This papers presents classroom evidences for the use of experimental economics games in a primarily course in Economics for Business and Management, Accounting and International Business students at the Universidad EAFIT, Medellin-Colombia. We adapted two different experiments; a market game proposed by Holt (1996) and aggregated production game proposed by Goeree and Holt (1999). These games were applied in the course “Introducción a la Economía” in 2011-I. Although it is a preliminary study, results suggest that there is presumably a positive effect on the grade and the learning process after have applied the games.
