In this dissertation are analyzed and presented some findings of best management practices in the workplace and its impact on the performance of the best companies to work in Colombia, in the light of the approach of the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) in the period between 2003 to 2009. indicator is proposed to measure management commitment in managing the workplace and the relationship and influence among some of the dimensions that make up the approach GPTW measured.
