Summary:When we talk about education, it is essential to take into account the subjects towards whom it is directed, that is, the students. Currently, the generation of “digital natives” or “millennials” has undergone changes in their cognitive and metacognitive structures, forcing teachers to modify teaching structures adapting them to new needs. It is for this reason that the present investigative work aims to "propose the use of M-Learning to strengthen reading and writing in 3rd grade students of the Cevillar Concentration District Educational Institution" in order to provide new strategies that allow the acquisition of meaningful learning, interaction between mobile devices and students, dialogue of knowledge through virtuality and flexibility of learning. This study focuses on the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative research approach and the study method is action research. The results showed that some teachers develop structured classes with strategies of little interest to students. Likewise, during the development of the classes, the transmission of information is a priority. For the solution to the problem, a didactic proposal was developed, where striking activities were implemented that would contribute to the strengthening of literacy.
