Summary:	In this paper grade designing a marketing plan that will allow the feasibility of an application for smartphones in order to improve the quality of life of hypertensive patients who have the purchasing power to get a smartphone in Colombia. The goal is to successfully penetrate this market rapidly changing and demanding as it is currently the technology market applications in health, reach representative sales volume in the segment of people with hypertension in Colombia that allows the company to excel in this environment so much competitiveness and constant innovation, becoming the most downloaded application in health in the country and as a result become a profitable and productive with high positioning in the market app Tens of health applications, specifically in the field of hypertension. The paper presents a creative marketing plan where one of the most significant attractions for the customer is the added value that has this application, as is its easy usability, ensuring the user to have on hand a practical and effective tool the benefit of getting the ability to handle daily control of their disease, obtaining an accurate result and real-time health status, in order to avoid disruption of the factors that affect a malfunction of your cardiovascular system.
