Summary:The purpose of the work was the construction of a self-learning manual oriented to the management of preschool teachers in the teaching of the English language in the IED Experiencias Pedagógicas and in the IEDTB Jorge Nicolas Abello, taking as a starting point the observations made and the class plans. The theorists referenced addressed the concepts of self-learning, school manual and teacher management. As a methodological route, the introspective experiential paradigm was chosen. The interview technique was applied, as well as other techniques such as documentary review of the curriculum vitae and planning, and the study ended with a focus group. The results show that preschool teachers have difficulties when teaching an English class at the preschool level and that they are willing to continue learning and improving their pedagogical practice. It is concluded that the self-learning manual oriented to teacher management in the teaching of English in preschool becomes a practical and didactic tool with which preschool teachers will be able to conduct an English class in the best possible way, thus contributing not only to their learning but also to the learning of the children.
