Summary: | The purpose of this article was to analyze the level of mastery of the pedagogical guidelines stipulated in the Development Pedagogical Model assumed by the CUC. assumes a qualitative-quantitative epistemological approach, type of evaluative research, the population was 40 teachers from the Department of Humanities of the CUC, the interview technique was applied, as an instrument the questionnaire made up of 25 semi-structured questions, the result was the existence of a continuous improvement of the pedagogical act in the university context unveiled by the teachers in their practice. |
