Summary:The objective of this research was to explain the influence of digital interactive games in the strengthening of reading comprehension with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity student of Second Degree in Primary of the I.E.E Normal Superior Nuestro Señora de Fátima. Sample was taken through a case study of a single student in the second grade of Primary. The methodology was a qualitative-experiential approach, with a comprehensive scope. The qualitative case study was used as a design, under an interpretive-comprehensive paradigm. For the collection of information, the field diary was used as techniques by direct observation and interviews applied to the teacher of the student under study, student and parents. Whose instruments used were the questionnaires and the didactic sequence of the strategies applied. In the end it was discovered that digital interactive games, contributed to the strengthening of reading comprehension in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and that arouse attention and interest, according to the various activities that are used, in order to enrichment vocabulary, develop grammar and phonetics allowing greater interpretation at the time of reading.
